Responsible for digital strategy, team, developing brands, content pillars and production; for commercial content relationships, scheduling, channel management and performance analytics.

Led all creative operations during and after the formation of the Box TV joint venture between Channel 4 and Bauer Media (still I believe Channel 4’s biggest ever commercial acquisition) including driving the strategy and execution of content commissioning, acquisitions, production, digital development, brand management and marketing.
Made board director. Led development and launch of 4Music TV channel, reaching No.1 rank for UK music channels. Broadcast Awards Digital Channel Launch of the Year: 4Music. Introduced an array of extraordinarily successful presenter talent.

Programming Director
Led all aspects of content and programming delivery for this 'start-up-to-scale-up digital TV business, creating music channels based on Emap media group’s world famous brands. Developed and launched a 7 channel network which overtook MTV to become the UK’s No.1 music TV group. Media Week Brand of the Year 3 years running: Smash Hits, Kiss, Kerrang! Executive produced the Q Awards, Kerrang! Awards and the world famous Smash Hits Poll Winners Party for Channel 4.
